Waiver & Disclaimer of Liability

By ordering from janzohealth.info, you (the Buyer) confirm that you are at least 21 years old and that you have carefully read this disclaimer.

Under no circumstances shall janzohealth.info or its affiliates be held liable for consequential damages, whether arising from contract, negligence, strict liability, or any other cause. By purchasing, you agree to indemnify and hold janzohealth.info harmless from all claims, expenses, losses, or liabilities arising from handling, possession, or use of any products sold.

If you do not agree to these terms, your order will be denied.

Research Use Only

• All products are sold strictly for research and laboratory purposes.
• Products are not to be used as food, drugs, cosmetics, medical devices, or for human/animal consumption or injections.
• Products have not been sterilized or tested by us for safety and efficacy in food, drug, cosmetic, or commercial applications.
• The purchase of any product does not grant a license to use it in violation of patents.

Customers must:

1. Be fully aware of government regulations regarding product handling and exposure.
2. Understand the health and safety hazards of the products purchased.
3. Use appropriate safety measures and warnings.
4. Ensure compliance with all applicable local and international laws.

We reserve the right to cancel any purchase if misuse is suspected.

Buyer’s Responsibility

• Buyers must verify hazards and conduct their own research before using any product.
• All products are not dietary supplements and not intended for therapeutic or diagnostic use.
• Products are to be handled only by qualified and trained individuals.
• Buyers outside our country of origin are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local customs and laws.
• Any customs/import issues are solely the Buyer’s responsibility.

Returns & Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 business days from delivery, provided items are unopened and sealable (Research SARMs, PCTs, and MEPs only).
• Buyer must pay return shipping and provide a valid tracking number.
• Refunds will be processed after inspection, minus a 15% restocking fee.
• Damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 business days with photographic proof.
• Order cancellation due to a change of mind is subject to a $25 processing fee (only if the order has not yet been shipped).

⚠️ Once an order has been handed over to logistics, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Wrong address provided by the customer → No refund or reshipment. We may, however, offer a one-time 30% discount for a future order.

Product Quality Guarantee

You may have your product tested at an HPLC licensed testing facility. If the test is negative, we will refund:

• HPLC testing cost
• Order amount + shipping

Affiliate Program Terms

• Affiliates must follow program rules. Violation may result in account termination and withholding of commissions.
• Re-registration after termination is not allowed.
• Prohibited:
  • Using “Janzo Health” brand keywords in PPC/SEO.
  • Discount code websites.
  • Generating commissions from your own orders.

We reserve the right to modify affiliate terms at any time.
